The identification of witnesses of safe deposit box opening and CCTV records are stored using a blockchain platform.

Storage of third-party ingots

In case of storing third-party ingots (purchased outside of Platinum Holdings Group structures), the value of the metal is assessed by a certified appraiser with an insurance company representative bearing witness to the process. After the initial deposit, safe deposit boxes are placed under a Qr seal with three physical keys. 

Tax-free vaults allow the placement and storage of precious metals without paying VAT while meeting the Republic of Cyprus' customs clearance requirements.

We offer insured storage of precious metals in a private vault.

Precious metals stored in our facilities are insured by Lloyds of London.

The insurance covers for 100% of the assessed value of gold which is not subject to vat and 81% in the case of silver which is subject to vat.

Annual storage fees are 1% of the assessed value of silver and 0.55% of gold, palladium and platinum value.
